About This Policy
Integrity Now Insurance Brokers, Inc. collects Social Security numbers in the course of its business. This Social Security Number Privacy Protection Policy, effective September 16, 2026, is published at https://integritynowins.com/. It protects the confidentiality of Social Security numbers, prohibits their unlawful disclosure, and limits access to them. It applies to every employee, contractor, and vendor that handles Social Security numbers for us, in any form.
Why We Collect Social Security Numbers
We collect Social Security numbers only for the following purposes: internal verification or administrative purposes, or where state or federal law requires it:
Insurance Applications, Payroll, Tax Reporting, Employment Applications, Independent Contractor Forms
Protecting Confidentiality
We protect Social Security numbers using the following safeguards:
Password-protected, with access limited to people who have a need to know.
We do not publicly post or publicly display a Social Security number; print a Social Security number on any card a person needs to access our products or services; require a person to transmit a Social Security number over the internet unless the connection is secure or the number is encrypted; require a person to use a Social Security number to access a website unless a password, unique personal identification number, or other authentication device is also required; or print a Social Security number on materials mailed to a person unless state or federal law requires it.
Prohibiting Unlawful Disclosure
No employee, contractor, or vendor may disclose a Social Security number except as this Policy permits or as state or federal law requires. We do not sell, advertise for sale or offer to sell Social Security numbers, and we do not release them for marketing purposes.
Limiting Access
Access to Social Security numbers is limited to the following people, and only to the extent their duties require it:
CEO, Accountant, Payroll Company
Any other access, use, or disclosure violates this Policy and is subject to disciplinary action.
Disposal
Before disposal, we destroy, erase, or make unreadable any data, computer file, or document that contains a Social Security number.
